Crystal Executive Cars are registered as a private hire operator with Transport for London. We are fully licensed to carry our private hire services and all our professional chauffeur drivers are also vetted by the local authority to ensure you are always in a safe vehicle for a comfortable ride and with a professional chauffeur driver.

All our professional chauffeur drivers will be wearing a photo badge ID with their unique driver number which will allow you to identify the correct driver and match their details with the email or sms which has been sent to you prior to your booking time.

Our vehicles at Crystal Executive Cars in Business Class (Mercedes E Class or similar), First Class (Mercedes S Class or similar), Prestige Class (Range Rover, Rolls Royce, Bentley or similar) are all licensed to carry up to 4 passengers, however due to the seating layout in these vehicles and for your comfort we always suggest no more than 3 passengers for the best level of comfort.
Our vehicles at Crystal Executive Cars in Van/SUV Class (Mercedes V Class or similar) are licensed to and can accommodate up to 6 passengers, however we suggest up to 5 people for the best level of comfort.
Our Minibuses at Crystal Executive Cars can be catered to the needs of your party, however please do contact us here to find the most comfortable vehicle for your party, their luggage and your overall needs and we will try our very best to accommodate this for you.
Crystal Executive Cars prices are competitive and fixed based on your journey and requirements, this includes; vehicle type, distance, time, toll/parking charges and any other special requests which we will always try our best to accommodate for you including lunch, food, snacks and other drinks. Water is complimentary and Wi-Fi is available for every journey. Once your receive a quote from our team at Crystal Executive Cars for your personalised booking, there are no additional charges to be paid and all is inclusive as per the booking terms and your personal requirements.

You can make a book up to 12 months in advance with Crystal Executive Cars. Most of our customers give us at least 24 hours notice before their booking time, however we are happy to accept bookings at a short notice only if we have capacity to fulfil your requirements with the correct chauffeur and vehicle type. Crystal Executive Cars will always try to send you an SMS or email with all chauffeur and vehicle details including the make, model, colour, registration number and your professional chauffeur drivers contact details. You will find an email or sms from Crystal Executive Cars before your booking starts with your professional chauffeur driver and vehicle details, this will include the drivers contact number. Crystal Executive Cars and our team will monitor your flight/train based on the flight/train number provided at the time of booking. Our team of professional chauffeur drivers will enter the terminal 10 minutes after your flight/train has arrived and will wait for 60 minutes. If you feel you will need more time then please call the driver or the bookings number on +44(0)2086106571 and let us know, so that we can make adjustments to your booking time accordingly.

Yes, all our vehicles at Crystal Executive Cars have a Bluetooth connection allowing you to control your very own music or ask your chauffeur to play your desired radio station. Some of our vehicles also allow you to play audio using an AUX cable, your professional chauffeur driver would be happy to assist.
All our vehicles at Crystal Executive Cars have climate control and your professional chauffeur driver will be happy to assist you with any adjustments you wish to make.
Our professional chauffeur drivers at Crystal Executive Cars will be happy to provide assistance to get yourself in and out of the vehicle safely, if requested at the time of booking. This ensures we allocate the correct vehicle type and professional chauffeur driver to your booking.

At large events with over 20 Chauffeur bookings, we will usually deploy a team of marshals to ensure all your guests receive a professional service and assistance in finding their chauffeur driven cars accordingly.
